Pack the catalog items in original packaging, attaching the authorization notes securely, and dispatch.

We physically audit the items coordinates and disburse refund coordinates to your payment source.

Eligible Returns

  • Catalog items in original conditions, unworn and unwashed.
  • Original tag pins, size tags, and barcode slips intact.
  • Goods that arrived broken, defective, or with packaging anomalies.
  • Wrong items dispatched by our packaging logistics team.

Ineligible Returns

  • Items containing marks, wear signs, or modifications by customer.
  • Products missing original accessories, invoices, or manual cards.
  • Catalog orders submitted beyond the 30-day policy bounds.
  • Final clearance sales, promotional coordinates, or customized orders.

Product Exchange Policy

Size & Color Adjustments

If the size coordinates do not fit, we coordinate exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Exchanges are dependent on catalog stock levels at the moment of receipt audit.

Different Catalog Items

If you prefer an entirely different catalog category, the returned item undergoes valuation, and price adjustments (surcharges or credit refunds) are settled accordingly.
